You heard that right. 400 videos. And we did it all remotely.

He was also a Wide Receiver Coach for Malden High School (Malden, MA) 2015 Season where he coached and developed two division I athletes.
Today Andrew is a CoachUp Football Coach Personal Trainer since 2014, and he was 400 videos short of his dream.
What We Did For His Business
When we spoke on the phone he was aware of the monumental task and almost doubted we’ll be able to pull it off.
The fastest video editors that we are, we jokingly concluded that we will need to edit 15 videos per day, plus voice overs, and graphics.
We had to put in place an effective workflow to receive the footage and scripts, record the VOs and edit, send for reviews and address any changes before we began the next batch. This was a must.
How We Did It
With so many variables and to keep the costs under control, we had to implement a graphics and editing template, lock it, then batch edit the routines. Any change in the project template means changing all the videos.
Every Sunday night, Andrew would send us over the next batch of raw footage to edit the next week with their corresponding scripts. We would first record, edit and import all the voice over tracks, then proceed with the actual video editing.
Towards the end of the week we would upload everything to Frame.io, our review system of choice, and have his comments show up directly on our timeline as they happened. By Friday, all edits were locked, high resolutions uploaded, and ready for the next batch. Sunday come, rinse and repeat. 20 more times.
The Result
At the end of the marathon, we were just two weeks behind. That was ok as we had such a massive amount of material to deliver. Andrew was professional enough to appreciate such an impressive turnaround and short delay.
With so much videos produced in a relatively short time, Andrew and his online football training business have all the arsenal at hand to completely dominate his target market, reach new students, and increase traffic to his course, all while stopping his competition dead in their tracks.
This project is a perfect example that nothing is impossible. As long as you have the vision and the will to see it through, nothing can stop you from taking your business to the next level with the power of video. In today’s digital age, digital video marketing is a must for any serious business.
